Physically, the extension of telephone lines?
When I moved into my house, I installed an array media to connect all Cat5e cable from my network to a central location. Multimedia also supports block I bought telephone lines, but never bothered to reconnect. Now I want to change my route and phone lines through the media box. My problem is that the 10 telephone lines of the house are connected to the line of the telephone company to a point which is about 40 feet from where Box media. In line phone company, I'll run a Cat5e line back to the media box. However, for telephone lines existing home would be almost impossible for me to start new lines. Instead I would like to extend lines to run all the way into the media cell communication. I try to think what would be the best way to do it. Ideally, I would do this with the functions of line connectors, but simply be easier to connect standard telephone jacks for existing lines and couplers use? All suggestions are welcome.
Everything depends on how your system is connected at this time. If you have 10 outlets and they all operate within the walls of the MPOE (jargon of your gray plastic box on the side of the house-peak input), then it would be better to leave things as they are. If you must run the lines through the Media Center, then lay 2 courses of 4 pair CAT5 cables mpoe the media center and connect them in pairs. To perform the splice of Cat5 existing quarries, use of couplers NO / output jacks. The best option is to go to a provider of telephone wiring and get crimp tip with any type of pliers. They do not require removal of cables and can allow at least 5 son, probably more. Installers of phone composed of worms or gums. I'll leave that path is good;)
