Electric Rodeo $3.73 Shooter Jennings's 2005 debut, Put the "O" Back in Country, outlined the artistic differences--and similarities--between himself and his parents, Waylon Jennings and Jessi Colter. This second time out, his tight, raw trio bristling behind him, his vocal roar remains less weathered, though he deliberately, momentarily evokes Waylon on "Some Rowdy Women," the darkly futile "Hair of the Dog," and "Li... |

Glasscuts, Philip Glass Remixed $6.82 It has been said that Philip Glass is the `Godfather of Trance' and evidence of that is found in the remixes that a number of young producers/musicians began sending to Orange Mountain Music as early as 2002. These unsolicitated mixes became the genesis for Glasscuts, Philip Glass Remixed (release date Sept 2005). This CD presents a very diverse program without any one dominant style. The arti... |

Does the oil replacement vehicles in the Western world to help break dependence on Middle East?
* Sorry, the question is worded weird, I had to take the short cut and a few words to answer .* Assuming that in a few decades, Religion is obsolete (fingers crossed) electric vehicles and others are "clean" energy and help the plants in the Western world to break the Middle East and its politics? All this is an illusion on my part, but I would like to hear other opinions. ** ATTENTION ** If your response contains a verse from the Bible or other religious book, by Please do not bother responding. Unless you want to make me laugh, in this case be my guest.
No, we will remain dependent on foreign oil. Only 10 to 15% on imported oil is used for vehicles. The rest is used in the manufacture of plastics and fiberglass. Everything in your house is from oil. Your computer, microwave, toaster, TV, refrigerator, much of their furniture and accessories and even the windows and doors are made of vinyl, a petroleum product. Look at all the food packaged in plastic. a petroleum product. Not to mention things like notebooks, pens, markers, etc. So if we abandon the houses, electronic processing food, general education and all our modern lifestyle, which still must import oil and the need for oil will increase as our population grows and demand for goods increases.
